O ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad, reafirmou, nesta quinta-feira (20), que o aumento da faixa de isen\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto de Renda da Pessoa F\u00edsica (IRPF) para quem ganha at\u00e9 R$ 5 mil n\u00e3o afetar\u00e1 a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de estados e munic\u00edpios. Em entrevista ao programa Bom Dia, Ministro, do Canal Gov, Haddad lembrou que o projeto j\u00e1 prev\u00ea a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o do governo, que compartilha os impostos federais com os entes subnacionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A isen\u00e7\u00e3o vai gerar uma ren\u00fancia fiscal prevista em R$ 25,84 bilh\u00f5es, que ser\u00e1 financiada por meio da taxa\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de 141,3 mil pessoas que ganham mais de R$ 50 mil por m\u00eas, ou seja, 0,13% de todos os contribuintes do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O governo tamb\u00e9m pretende tributar a remessa de dividendos para o exterior, em qualquer valor e apenas quando o dinheiro for destinado a cidad\u00e3os estrangeiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cN\u00f3s n\u00e3o estamos abrindo m\u00e3o da receita porque n\u00f3s estamos cobrando dos super ricos que n\u00e3o pagam. Ent\u00e3o, quando os super ricos que n\u00e3o pagam passarem a pagar uma al\u00edquota m\u00ednima de 10%, voc\u00ea compensa quem ganha at\u00e9 5 sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos [cerca de R$ 7 mil] e vai deixar de pagar e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 preju\u00edzo para estados e munic\u00edpios\u201d, explicou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O projeto do governo tamb\u00e9m cria desconto parcial para aqueles que recebem entre R$ 5 mil e R$ 7 mil, reduzindo o valor pago atualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo Haddad, entretanto, ser\u00e1 preciso que os parlamentares garantam a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o durante a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o do texto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nTem muita gente que tem renda que concorda com a justi\u00e7a social. N\u00e3o \u00e9 porque a pessoa tem renda que ela vai deixar de votar num projeto justo. Voc\u00ea pode ter certeza, muita gente ali [representada no Congresso], empres\u00e1rio, fazendeiro, vai votar a favor desse projeto porque sabe que ele \u00e9 justo. Ele sabe que tem que ter um imposto m\u00ednimo para super ricos, que \u00e9 de 10%\u201d, defende Haddad.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEu tenho certeza que mesmo a extrema direita n\u00e3o vai ter argumento para n\u00e3o aprovar essa medida. N\u00e3o consigo enxergar algu\u00e9m da extrema direita subir na tribuna [do Congresso] e justificar a cobran\u00e7a de imposto de renda de quem ganha R$ 5 mil\u201d, acrescentou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
